No support provider
We can begin the onboarding process directly, without a supplier handover.
Whether you're arranging support for the first time, moving from another provider or looking for a Microsoft 365 specialist, we make the next steps clear and manage the work needed to get you started.
Start from where you are
Some businesses already have an IT provider and Microsoft 365. Others are putting support in place for the first time or planning a move into Microsoft 365. We begin with your current position and explain the next practical step.
We can begin the onboarding process directly, without a supplier handover.
We plan the dates, information and handover with your existing provider.
We agree what needs to move and manage the change into Microsoft 365.
We review what's in place and build support around the environment you have.
From first conversation to day one
We learn about your business, recommend the support that fits and organise the move into baseMSP, so you know what's happening and when your support will begin.
We discuss how your team works, what technology you use and what you expect from your IT support.
We look at your current support, Microsoft 365, users and devices, together with any notice periods or important dates.
We set out the support we recommend, what's included, what it costs and any improvements worth planning for later.
Once you decide to proceed, we review Microsoft 365 and organise the handover. If you're moving to Microsoft 365, we agree the migration plan.
We complete the onboarding, introduce your employees to baseMSP and make sure everyone knows how to get help from day one.
A straightforward handover
We only ask for the information that helps us support the right people, understand your business and coordinate the change safely.
What we need from you
What baseMSP takes care of
Once you become a client
Getting started is only the first part. We revisit your roadmap so your support, Microsoft 365 and wider technology continue to match the business.
Your agreed services are active, your employees know how to get help and the roadmap becomes the record of what comes next.
We check the onboarding, discuss how support is working and review the first priorities or adjustments.
Your invitation is generated automatically. We review progress, new requirements and the next sensible steps together.
Each review records what has been completed, what needs attention next and what can wait. You can also speak to us between reviews whenever something changes.
Before you get started
Clear answers about switching, onboarding and what happens after your support begins.
For most clients, your part is completing a couple of short forms, confirming dates and introducing us to your current provider. We then coordinate the handover, collect the information and prepare the agreed services.
That makes the process simpler. We don't need to arrange a supplier handover, so we can move directly from the agreed proposal into onboarding.
We can plan a move into Microsoft 365 as part of the work. The migration scope, timing and cost are agreed before anything begins.
The review confirms what's already set up, which licences are in use and where attention may be needed. This gives us a reliable starting point instead of relying only on existing information.
During onboarding, we provide clear helpdesk instructions and arrange access to the support portal. Employees can then contact baseMSP through the agreed support channels.
Your next review is arranged on a six-month cycle. The invitation is generated automatically, so the roadmap and your changing requirements are regularly discussed.
