Will anything be changed during the review?
No. The review assesses and reports on the existing environment. Configuration changes only happen later if you approve a separately agreed scope of work.
Does the review assess our existing Microsoft 365 licences?
Yes. We consider the licences currently assigned, relevant capabilities that may be unused and any limitations that affect the recommendations.
Is this a Cyber Essentials or ISO 27001 certification audit?
No. The reporting includes technical checks relevant to these standards, but certification also depends on policies, processes, governance and an approved assessment route.
What happens when the review identifies gaps?
We explain which findings matter, why they matter and how they should be prioritised. If you want baseMSP to make improvements, we provide the scope and price before work begins.
Can we use the findings without becoming a baseMSP client?
