2. How often are 365 backups carried out?

365 backups are carried out daily from the first time the backup is created.

 

Data is stored in Amazons UK datacenters.

 

You will benefit from unlimited data retention and unlimited backup capacity*.

3. what is Multi Factor Authentication and is it required?

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is an authentication method that requires the user to provide two or more verification factors to gain access to their account or specific resource.

 

MFA helps to reduce the risk of unwanted access to users accounts.

4. How does email filtering work and is it important?

Email filtering helps to reduce the amount of unwanted phishing emails from reaching the intended recipients inbox.

 

By implementing email filtering, your inbound and outbound emails will be scanned. Any emails that signal a red flag are filtered to a quarantine folder, for further inspection.

 

Email filtering should be considered by all businesses as part of an overall approach towards cyber security. By introducing email filtering, it saves time and might be what saves your business from a security breach.

5. Auto Email Signatures - Do they have to be the same?

No, if you have a number of employees that need different email signatures, this can be implemented through standalone templates.

 

It’s recommended that there are only a few templates for ease of management.

7. How does phishing simulation work?

Phishing Simulation is designed to simulate the process of a user receiving a phishing email, without the consequences of a ransomware attack. It provides your business with an overview of how vulnerable your users might be.

 

We can simulate phishing emails to groups of users, using different emails and different times throughout the day or period the simulation is setup for.

 

We provide reports on which users opened the emails, how often they open and which users clicked a link.

 

Any user that clicks a link will be provided with short training videos, to help them increase their knowledge and understanding of what to look out for in emails.

8. Is mobile device management necessary?

Mobile device management is software that allows your business to control and manage user endpoint devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptops.

9. What is Azure Information Protection?

Azure Information Protection helps you secure and protect your small business data that’s shared outside of your business. This includes, emails, documents and sensitive data.

 

Protection is achieved by configuring policies to classify, label and protect your data based on the sensitivity of its data.

 

You can share your data with anyone and decide who can do what with it. For example decide whether they can view only or edit and whether they can forward.

10. Can we mix and match Plans?

Basic plan cannot be mixed with Standard and Premium.
